About Tesora

A Northwoods destination for amazing cuisine, woodfire pizza and conferences/events

Tesora, loosely translated, is Italian for “treasure.” This name was chosen because it reminds us to cherish our loved ones and our friendships and what better way to do that than creating memories over a wonderful meal! The idea of family and unity was the inspiration for opening Tesora. When you dine with us, we hope you will feel as though you’re in an upscale, five-star, New York City restaurant but with an assortment of dishes pleasing to each and every palate. Siren locals, Jake and Holly Mangelsen, along with Executive Chef Andrew Peloquin have created this unique concept, virtually unheard of in a small town like Siren, Wisconsin.

Jake grew up in Siren and is a CPA by trade. Holly has owned and operated the Acorn Pantry kitchen store since 2006 and opened a second location in Rochester, Minnesota in the fall of 2013. The Mangelsens also own the Chattering Squirrel Coffee Cafe, located at the Shops at the Lodge in Siren.

They have two daughters Hannah and Grace who are also very involved in all three businesses.

Executive Chef Andrew Peloquin along with Owner Holly Mangelsen lead the culinary team with great passion. Together they have created signature dishes that bring unique, world class cuisine to the region, offering an unexpected experience to locals and visitors alike.

At Tesora, we strive to provide superior service and an unforgettable culinary experience everyday to every guest. We look forward to your visit!
